The neighborhood on Hemlock and Hermosa Avenues is often missed in discussions about Millbrae neighborhoods. Manor Parks is an often unnoticed area with commercial business on El Camino Real and a Caltrain and BART station within its borders. The Millbrae Manor assisted-living units are located on Hemlock Avenue in Manor Parks. The real estate here is not upscale. On Hemlock Avenue are two and three bedroom, single level houses. Big garages are common, and some homes have a front porch.
